The View
This wisdom is so old that it might even have been connected with ancient western knowledge long before it flowered in the eastern hemisphere in India and later on in Tibet. This wisdom encompasses the knowledge that our seemingly solid world in its deepest nature is subject to continuous becoming and cessation and that at its root anything is interconnected with everything else, in unity; and that everything which exists has a causal and interdependent nature. This means that each and every phenomenon only exists because of the coming together of countless causes and components in every moment – in duality. In Tibetan this knowledge, of the interdependent origination of everything that exists, is called “Tendrel”. Unity in Duality springs from the Buddhist Inner Science tradition’s expression of this universal knowledge.
the Education
UD Education has its basis in universal wisdom, drawn from the ancient texts of India and Tibet. UD is neither a study of Buddhism as a religion, nor is it a prerequisite to being a Buddhist student. Tarab Tulku Rinpoche has drawn essential and universal insights from the Buddhist tradition. The knowledge that has been treasured for thousands of years within Eastern traditions. According to Tarab Rinpoche, these are part of our inheritance and should be available to humanity at large. Workshops and Retreats
We offer a variety of short courses, ranging from weekend workshops to week-long intensive programs. These courses are a mix of open-enrollment options and those exclusive to students enrolled in our UD Education Programme.

The Weekend Practice Sessions are designed to allow everyone to explore the UD study methods and get a glimpse of the vast study material in a short duration. These sessions will help the prospective students get a clearer understanding of the upcoming study modules and the current students to deepen their engagement with UD study materials, practice, and the student community.
UD Tutorials
Tutorial sessions offer condensed versions of the main UD courses. These sessions are designed for those who are unable to attend regular classes and also for those seeking deeper engagement. Tutorial Sessions provide opportunities for in-depth discussions, review, and practice.
Scholarships
Tarab Ling Institute offers a range of need-based scholarships to support participants facing financial challenges.
